So, I went Friday to see the Golden Compass.  It was GREAT.

They did a fair job of sticking to the book, but I feel like the movie sequels (yes, they better make them!) didn't get enough set up.  They definitely left it open for a 2nd movie, but none of the people were introduced.  And what the HELL happened to the END???  That would have been ( Read more... )
